1. Warranty Procedure

Each doll is manually inspected before shipment to ensure it leaves our facility in perfect condition.
However, long‑distance transportation can occasionally cause damage.

  • When the package arrives: If the outer packaging appears broken or opened, please refuse delivery and ask the courier to return it.
  • If damage or manufacturing defects are discovered after receipt:

    2. Attach clear photos or video evidence showing the problem.
    3. Our team will review the case and propose an acceptable solution (repair, replacement, or partial refund).

If the fault results from production or our handling, we will take full responsibility.
Warranty claims for manufacturing defects must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Damage caused by misuse or improper maintenance is not covered.


2. 6‑Hour Order Revision and Refund Window

Before shipping, every order undergoes multiple quality‑control stages.

  • Once you place an order, you’ll receive an automatic confirmation email.
  • From that moment, you have 6 hours to contact our support team to cancel or modify your order.
  • Because production preparations begin immediately, an administrative fee of 10 % applies even within that first 6 hours.
  • After 6 hours, the order will be in manufacturing and can no longer be changed or canceled.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

4. Returns and Hygiene Policy

5. Late or Missing Refunds
