Troubleshooting Guide for Suction Function

Power Check

After charging for approximately one hour, turn on the device. If the indicator light is steady or blinking, this confirms normal power supply.

If the device was properly charged but the controller shows no lights or sound, please contact our support team at: [email protected]

Controller Check

If the power button is pressed but no light appears (steady or blinking), the controller may be damaged and require replacement.

If the indicator light turns on or blinks when activated, check the controller unit near the waist area for motor sound. Audible operation means the controller is functioning properly.

Air Tube Connection Check
Turn off the controller, remove it from the doll, and inspect whether the air tube inside the body is securely connected. Reconnect it manually if needed. After reassembly (leaving the switch and charging port accessible), turn on the device and observe the suction action inside the vagina.

Summary
Issues generally fall into three categories: power supply, controller, or air tube connection.
